QOTD: What’s next on your TBR?⁣ ⁣ I need to QOTD: What’s next on your TBR?⁣
⁣
I need to read some books off my physical TBR so I was thinking of reading Furyborn next.⁣
⁣
Only to find out I already read it? 🤷🏻‍♀️⁣
⁣
I have absolutely no memory of doing that, but Goodreads and my reading journal both say I did.⁣
⁣
I guess it’s time for a reread (?) and to finish the series.⁣
⁣
Do you ever forget books you’ve read?⁣

QOTD: What’s a series on your TBR?⁣ ⁣ Poison QOTD: What’s a series on your TBR?⁣
⁣
Poison Princess has been on my TBR for a few years now. Somehow, I own two editions of it, but I still haven’t read it yet. 😅⁣
⁣
It’s just that as a binge reader, I like to secure the whole series before starting.⁣
⁣
Before my excuse was that the series was still in progress. And now that it’s been completed, I’m having trouble borrowing all the books at once. ⁣
⁣
Do you binge read series or prefer to read them as they’re released?⁣

⁣
Did you find any new favorites?⁣
⁣
I can’t believe October is over, and we’re already 3 days into November. This year is flying by!⁣
⁣
I dipped my toes in audiobooks last month and kinda got hooked.⁣
⁣
It’s just so nice to be able to listen to books while I’m working on brainless tasks. 😅⁣
⁣
I thought I’d get distracted, but I haven’t. Or least I wasn’t while I was listening to romance novels - I tried listening to a fantasy audiobook while working, and it didn’t go as well.⁣

QOTD: Do you collect special editions?⁣ ⁣ I do QOTD: Do you collect special editions?⁣
⁣
I don’t exactly collect them since I try to limit myself to one copy of each book due to limited shelf space.⁣
⁣
But I do usually end up choosing to buy the special edition copy over the standard edition, especially if the prices are comparable.⁣
⁣
It’s just that sometimes I prefer the original cover over the exclusive one.⁣
⁣
Honestly, if there wasn’t a bonus short story included, I might have bought the normal hardcover of One for My Enemy instead of this exclusive B&N edition. 😅⁣
⁣
What are some of your favorite extras included in special editions?⁣

I definitely mainly read to escape reality.⁣

Throwback to when I was inspired to make cover recreations and other bookish photoshop edits.⁣

If you need a Halloween costume, a pair of boots and a leather jacket will take you far. Just add a book/character specific prop or decoration, and you’re good to go - just look at how many times it shows up here. 😅⁣

QOTD: Do you have a favorite vampire book/series?⁣
⁣
One of my favorites will always be the Night World series.⁣
⁣
It’s the first vampire book I can remember reading and I’ll always have a soft spot for it, even if the series is never fully published.⁣
⁣
I’ve been waiting for the last book in the series for close to 15 years, but I know some people have been waiting for almost twice as long - the latest book was first published in 1998.⁣
⁣
How long are you willing to wait for the next book in a series?⁣
