QOTD: Do you have any audiobook recommendations?⁣ QOTD: Do you have any audiobook recommendations?⁣
⁣
I’m hoping to start this NetGalley audiobook of Out of Her League soon. Ideally I would have gotten to it before it’s published tomorrow, but I wasn’t really in the right mood.⁣ 😬
⁣
I’ve been loving audiobooks lately. Not only are they great for multitasking (I usually listen during work hours 😅), but they’re also a nice way to read while giving my poor, tired eyes a break.⁣

Thank you @entangled_publishing for this ARC of Hart’s Landing!⁣
⁣
Second chance romance is one of my favorites, so I’m excited to read this one.⁣
⁣
Especially since it seems like there’s some mysterious element to it as well.⁣

⁣
I’m finally (slowly) making my way through Dire Bound.⁣
⁣
I was hoping to read it in April, but that didn’t even come close to happening.⁣
⁣
I think I might still in a bit of a slump because I’m just not that invested in anything I’ve tried reading lately.⁣
⁣
But I’ve heard so many great things about Dire Bound so I’m excited to keep reading it… but I don’t have a great track record with reading hyped books. so I’m also a little nervous. 😅⁣
⁣
I think the longer I wait to read hyped books, the bigger the expectations are, which tend to lead to being disappointed more easily.⁣

Happy pub date to ARCHANGEL’S ETERNITY!⁣
⁣
I somehow was approved to read it on NetGalley and it’s such a satisfying conclusion to one of my favorite series.⁣
⁣
It’s just a bit bittersweet to say goodbye to the Guild Hunter books. 💜⁣
⁣
I’ll be surprised if ARCHANGEL’S ETERNITY is not my favorite read this year - I’ve already reread it enough times that I have certain chapters memorized.⁣
⁣
I just cannot believe it’s the end.⁣

My full review is up on my (somewhat revived) blog.⁣

Thank you so much to @entangledteen and @entangled_publishing for this ARC of Storm Breaker! I can’t wait to read it!⁣
⁣
YA dystopian is one of my favorite genres but I haven’t really read too many these past few years. I’m hoping to change that soon, starting with Storm Breaker.⁣
⁣
Are you looking forward to any books in May?⁣

QOTD: How was your April?⁣ ⁣ My April was… messy.⁣ QOTD: How was your April?⁣
⁣
My April was… messy.⁣
⁣
Started the month in a reading slump and once I got out of that, I just didn’t have the time or energy to read.⁣
⁣
Work was super hectic so my brain would be mush afterwards. And because my sleeping schedule is also messed up, I was too tired to read before work.⁣
⁣
I just cannot believe it’s already May.⁣
⁣
Hopefully I can finally find some time (and motivation) read some books off my TBR this month.⁣

I generally prefer the digital formats for their convivence, but it’s hard to beat the feeling of physically turning the pages of a book.⁣
⁣
And mass market paperbacks are such a nice coinvent size.⁣
