LAST WEEK ON ICY COLD READS:

THIS WEEK ON ICY COLD READS:

Friday was only the beginning of books tours.
Next week you can expect at least two more.
HINT: Check back on Thursday…one of the tours includes a contest you probably don’t want to miss out on.

IN OTHER NEWS:

Why didn’t any of you tell me I had word verification turned on?!?

I just found out last week when someone put it on the survey/poll thingy.
By the way, thank you so much whoever told me to remove CAPTCHA.
I didn’t realize it before because it doesn’t show up when I comment.

If something bothers you, like word verification for example, please leave a comment or something and TELL me, so I can try to fix/improve the problem.

That’s all for this week.
Happy reading and enjoy your own books!

  1. I enjoyed Inkheart and Inkspell but I thought Inkdeath was a big disappointment and never managed to finish it. Maybe I’ll reread the series again.

    Happy reading! 🙂
    My Haul

    • I haven’t read Inkdeath yet, (or finished Inkspell for that matter), so I don’t know if I like it or not. But I just hate it when a series starts out strong and then proceeds to end badly.

      Thanks for stopping by! 🙂

    • Lol. Well, I’m really glad you decided to mention it. Otherwise, I would have had no idea it was on. I hate Captcha so much… I absolutely love library book sales. Not only do you get to help raise money for the library, you also get some really good books that you probably wouldn’t have brought. Thanks for stopping by! 🙂

    • Technically, I never finished reading Inkheart either. I don’t remember if my teacher got the chance to finish it during our ‘Read Aloud’ when I was still in elementary school…

      Thanks for stopping by! 🙂

  2. I’ve read a lot of the books you got this week. Inkheart is interesting, if a little bit too long. I love Walk Two Moons. And Chasing Vermeer and The Wright Three are a lot of fun. I hope you enjoy all your goodies. Happy reading 🙂

    • I loved Walk Two Moons, Chasing Vermeer, and The Wright Three too! I didn’t really think Inkheart was too long… my teacher read it to the class, so the longer it was, the better.

      Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
