BOOK HAUL:
Borrowed from library:
Anna and the French Kiss and its companion novel, Lola and the Boy Next Doorby Stephanie Perkins
I’ve heard great things about these and people would not stop recommending them. I was in the mood for some cute, light, contemporary reads, so I figured why not.
Brought:
Oh, and on Sunday I went to Barnes & Noble and got to meet Kiera Cass and brought The Heir even though I technically have never read any of her books. I got there an HOUR, one freaking HOUR early, and the place was already packed. I guess that’s what I get for going to a book signing for a super popular author on a Sunday. I got to meet and talk to some really nice people so that was really nice. Overall, it was worth it. Not only did I get to meet Kiera Cass, who is super awesome, but I also made some new friends. 🙂

- Review ?
Yay, I got my AP test over with! But apparently I have another standardized test on Monday. Great! Not really. -__- In other news, I’m so jealous of everyone who’s going to RT, BEA, and BookCon. I wish I could too. But at least I have the last week of May to look forward too. No school on that Monday because of Memorial Day. Tuesday and Wednesday I get to go to school two hours late because the freshman (and some other people) need to take the state mandatory bio test. Thursday, Sarah Dessen is coming to my local B&N. And apparently Friday is going to be a half day because of senior prom? So that should be fun.
How was your week?
Enjoy your books!
I’ve heard great things about that series as well. I definitely need to pick it up over the summer! Also, I finished my last AP test this week as well! And I graduate on Sunday! Hope your senior prom is fantastic!

Wow! You got to meet Kiera Cass! That’s so awesome! I’m reading The Heir right now and I love the rest of the series. I haven’t read Anna or Lola yet, but I’ve heard good things about them. Enjoy your new books!

A sChool for Unusual Girls looks really good, I read the excerpt over at Amazon (part of it anyway, they actually have a lot of the story there) and now I’m looking forward to it too. Should be a good one!
Great haul this week! Anna and the French Kiss is absolutely amazing. I’ve not read Lola yet though, so I’ll be dying to see your review after you read it! I’m so jealous that you got to meet Kiera Cass. The Selection series is one of my faves. Happy reading! 🙂
