I’m hoping mine will be The Liar’s Crown, but I’m still undecided.⁣

QOTD: Favorite books with yearning?⁣ ⁣ Honestly, t QOTD: Favorite books with yearning?⁣
⁣
Honestly, the yearning and the angst is why second chance romance is one of my favorite tropes.⁣
⁣
Especially when they’re written well enough to hit in the feels.⁣
⁣
And Rewind It Back definitely hit the mark for me - it was one of my favorite books of 2025.⁣

⁣
Honestly, I kind of forgot about These Broken Stars and its series until I found them while reorganizing my shelves.⁣
⁣
Which is kind of crazy to say since I have a poster of the 3rd book in the trilogy hanging above my shelves.⁣
⁣
If I’m honest, it’s been a while since I thought of any of the sci-fi books in my collection. It’s not really a genre I read too often anymore. 😅⁣
⁣
As a sidenote, the covers for this series are some of the prettiest that I own.⁣

QOTD: What are some of your favorite morally grey QOTD: What are some of your favorite morally grey characters?⁣
⁣
I’ll always have a soft spot for The Cruel Prince for introducing me to anti-heroes and morally grey characters.⁣
⁣
Most of the books I read before all feature heroes or relucent heroes, but I can’t think of any that were more ambiguous.⁣
⁣
But even though I enjoyed this trilogy, I haven’t read the spin-off series. 😅⁣

Do you read spin-off series?⁣

QOTD: What’s a series you need to finish?⁣ ⁣ I nee QOTD: What’s a series you need to finish?⁣
⁣
I need to finish The Gilded Wolves trilogy.⁣
⁣
I really have no excuse - I own all three books.⁣
⁣
It’s just I’m not great at completing series, especially if they require rereading.⁣
⁣
And this one definitely will since the last time I read the first two books was back in 2020. 😅⁣
⁣
This is why I usually binge read series.⁣
⁣
Do you prefer binge reading series or to read them as they are published?⁣

QOTD: How much do you usually read per day?⁣ ⁣ I t QOTD: How much do you usually read per day?⁣
⁣
I try to read every day but the actual page count varies depending on a bunch of factors like my mood, my time, the book I’m reading & its format.⁣
⁣
On a typical day, I’ll probably read around 30-50 pages.⁣
⁣
But on this particular day, I was reading an audiobook in the perfect conditions to consume a lot of it.⁣
⁣
The benefits of multitasking! 😁⁣
⁣
Do you like to set aside specific time to read or just read whenever you can?⁣
