I decided to change things up and try out monthly recaps instead of weekly ones, which I’m now calling ‘State of the Blog’. I’m linking this one up to two memes: Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews and The Sunday Post hosted by Caffeinated Book Reviewer. 🙂
Looking Back on February
I still cannot believe we are in March. I know February is the shortest month of the year, but that doesn’t mean it has to feel very, very short.
February was a super duper busy month for me. Filled with midterms and cramming studying for them, I unfortunately did not have any time to read. That being said, I did manage to still post every week, which is something I’m really proud of.
Oh, and I did enjoy that random snow day we got the day after 60 degree weather. I swear New Jersey weather is so confused.

The Edge of Everything is the last book I won from the lovely Liza Wiemer. I brought Mischief & Magnolias because I really loved Magnolia, the first book in the series. By Your Side is the book that was in my first and only Uppercase Box. Review to come!

Looking Forward to March
Goals
I really want to make more time to read and blog this month. I was doing pretty well the first two weeks of February, but then slacked off when I got hit with midterm after midterm after midterm in one week. I also want to amp up my commenting game, which if I’m being completely honest, has always been lacking, if not non-existent.
Besides the basics that I always wish to accomplish, I also want to start my college related series. I don’t know how it’s going to work (or how many people are even going to read them), but they are something I’ve been thinking about writing for a while. It’s hard not to think about college while at college and I feel like I have the ability to serve as some sort of resource.

How was your February?
What are you looking forwards to in March?
I did really well the tail end of January/very beginning of February with getting posts together, and then all of my mojo just dissipated. I joined Mini Blog Ahead, which is March 1-15 and so far I’ve written 61 posts! Perhaps you should join us!
The weather has been crazy! And February did blow by. Good luck reading & blogging this month! 🙂
I like your collage post idea I think it will be a good resource for college students. February did go so fast it just flew by. Hopefully March slows down. Have a great week.
February? What, it’s over?? Don’t worry – there are a number of us who feel your pain. I’ve been looking into Tlhe edge of everything as well. I’m just in a bit of a runt when it comes to deciding on what to read next at the moment! But like February, this too shall pass…
Enjoy your week and happy reading!
I liked your posts from 9 and 14 of Feb about blog management, it is very interesting to see what challenges the bloggers face all the time.
The weather in Ohio is nutty too. Except we didn’t get a single snow day this year!!!! Its just wrong. Hopefully you have a great March and are able to meet your goals!
I really want to read By Your Side by Kasie West, but I heard mixed reviews and it’s a little scary since I LOVED P.S I Like You so much
Weather everywhere has been nutty! We just got a dump of snow today, which is insane for us, it never normally snows this late in the year!!! :'(
