ARC August Recap

The Recap

August is over and that means ARC August is finished as well. Last month, I posted a list of ten ARCs I wanted to read as part of this challenge. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to read and review them all.

But hey, goals can change right? Since the time I posted the list, I was approved for two more books on NetGalley. With an archive date and a more formal exchange, I prioritized them over the ARCs I managed to grab at BlogBoundCon.

In total, I managed to read seven ARCs, which frankly, is more than I thought I would read. Because I managed to get to all my NetGalley ARCs with fall releases before I start school, I would count this challenge a sucess.

That being said, I am a bit disappointed I wasn’t able to read some other ARCs in time for both ARC August and for their release dates. With college starting soon, I don’t know if I’ll be able to read and review them in time. But because my ARCs from BlogBoundCon are all psychical ARCs, I hope I can still help promote them through social media, especially Instagram and Twitter.
