Investigated – What are you Thankful for?

For those of you who live in the US, Thanksgiving is coming. Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on what you are thankful for and give thanks to those who help you. That is why I wanted to post this post today. We are all thankful for certain things, but how do you give back? –> Goals for the holiday season.
What I’m Thankful For (Pertaining to Blogging and Reading)
For libraries and book stores
Without my library, I would not have been able to read as many books as I would like. And without my local book store, I probably wouldn’t own as many of my favorite books as I do.
Giving back: Getting more people my age (aka teenagers) to go to the library and using it like they should. Oh, and volunteering there.
Books and the authors who write them
Reading has always been an escape for me, something I could do and forget everything else that was going on. And without authors, I would never be able to do that.
Giving back: Spread the word about your favorite books and authors. Tell your friends, your followers, anyone who will listen. Give a copy of one of your favorites to someone as a gift. Or better yet, give a copy to someone who cannot afford one on their own.
Bloggers and their help and support
Without my blogging friends, who I go to for opinions, and other bloggers who post tutorials and are always willing to help, I don’t what I would do. I certainly wouldn’t be in the same place I am today. Whether it is design or a feature, other bloggers play a huge role in the success of this blog.
Giving back: Spread the word about a blog that is “undiscovered” or even of the bloggers that help you out. Comment on their posts and follow them if you don’t already.
For my followers, readers, people who leave comments, and friends
Seriously, I cannot be thankful enough for these people. Without them, I certainly would be nowhere.
Giving back: Host a giveaway (hint, hint)
Those are only some of the things I’m thankful this (and every) year.
What are you thankful for?
Do you have any other ideas on how to give back?
