Shows I’d Binge Watch Anytime, Anywhere

The top ten TV shows I'd binge watch

Ah, TV. The bane of my existence. It’s so easy to keep binge watching shows. And I really don’t have the time for that. Still, here are the shows I’ll binge watch.

Shows from My Childhood

These are the shows that first got me hooked on to TV and ultimately contributed to my parents’ decision to cancel our cable service.

The Suite Life of Zach and Cody

I legit loved this show so much that there was a point in time when I seriously considered attending NYU for college just because the Sprouse twins were going there. This is also one of the first shows I remember watching after I finished my Barney and Cyberchase phase. Lol.

Drake & Josh

Some of my friends find it funny that I automatically associate Miranda Cosgrove as Megan and not Carly (from iCarly). The show is just too much fun to watch.

Avatar: The Last Airbender

While I might binge watch The Suite Life and Drake & Josh today for the feels, the first show I remember binge watching is Avatar: The Last Airbender. My mom borrowed the DVDs from the library and my brother and I sat our butts down and watched until we finished. My mom never borrowed multiple DVDs at the same time again.

Teen Titans

Teen Titans is another show that I binged watched as a kid. And another one my brother got me into.

Big Time Rush

I started watching Big Time Rush in maybe 2010? It’s yet another show my brother got me hooked on. But six years later and four (has it really been four years?) since the show ended and the band decided to take a break, I still remember the lyrics to their most popular songs and can tell who is singing which part.

Currently…

These are the shows I started watching as a teenager and hold a special place on my “to watch” list.

Leverage

Leverage is perhaps my favorite show of all time. I was heartbroken when it got canceled at the end of 2012. I still binge watch it to this day. Heck, I spent the whole summer watching the show and then listening to the commentaries. That’s how much I love Leverage. I’m desperately hoping that they make a spin off or finally make a movie.

The Librarians

My love for The Librarians has much to do with my love for Leverage as The Librarians is from the same production company and written by some familiar writers. If I can’t have Leverage, I’ll take The Librarians.

Breakout Kings

A while ago, I was really into Graceland, but I felt like the story got too annoying for me to follow. But I really enjoyed the work by the actors and that’s how I found Breakout Kings. Serinda Swan starred in Breakout Kings before she starred in Graceland and if I’m honest, I liked her role in Breakout Kinds much more.

Teen Wolf

Oh, Teen Wolf. Teen Wolf is the show that made the stars seem so much brighter for me at a time when I was really struggling with the stress of high school. I love the show so much and I love Stiles and Dylan O’Brien’s portrayal of him even more. That being said, I don’t know if I will finish watching season 5 or watch season 6 at all. I loved the first three seasons and then it all started to go down from there.

Chicago P.D.

I love cop shows. Chicago P.D. is a cop show… I loved the first season of Chicago Fire and that’s what led me to P.D.. And I’m so thankful for that discovery, espeically since I don’t think I’ll be watching N.C.I.S. or Crimianl Minds much next season after they both lost key character(s).

What about you?
What shows do you binge watch?
Do we have any shows in common?
